Hello there and welcome to a PAHouseLink video tour. I’m your host, Steve, from the PAHouseLink.com team. Today we’re in Willow Grove, PA for one of our coming soon foreclosure properties.
For this video we’re checking out 518 Grant Ave in Willow Grove, PA 19090. This 3 bed 2 bath 1.5 story cape is in Upper Moreland township in Montgomery county and is a part of the Upper Moreland School district. The house is 1,538 square feet and the lot is an even 10,000.
Let’s start the tour…
We start this tour with our usual neighborhood shot, meant to show off the… well the neighborhood. Heading up the side of the house we enter the backyard which has a shed with its own deck/outdoor sitting area.
Here we have a shot of the detached garage. This is a shared driveway, so the garage on the right belongs to the house next door, but there is still lots of parking space here.
Back in the backyard, we head up to this huge back deck. There’s plenty of room out here for all your friends and family. Imagine the barbeques…
Through the back door is the kitchen.
In the kitchen we have the stairs to the second floor. It’s only the master bedroom up here. Oh, and of course the master bath. The doors you can see in the walls are mostly for storage, as there is no attic for this property.
On the main floor, next to the kitchen, is the dining room. And on the other side of the dining room is the living room.
Here we have the full bath on the main floor, right next to the other 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is to the left and is pretty traditional. I only mention that because bedroom 2, or as I like to call it “The Freedom Room”, is one weird bedroom. I don’t know what went through the designers head that day.
We’re heading downstairs to the finished basement. First stop down here is the laundry room. Down the hall is the utilities room.
In the basement we also have a media room, although it could be another bedroom or just about anything else.
Our last stop for this tour is the storage room in the basement. Of course if this room were finished it could be anything you want. The little hallway against the wall leads back to the utilities room.
