Hello and welcome to a PAHouseLink.com video walkthrough. My name is Steve and today I’ll be guiding us through the first look at one of our coming soon foreclosures in Philadelphia, PA.

For today’s video we are heading out to 4632 James St Philadelphia PA 19137. This 2-story twin features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a full basement, totaling 1,500 square feet, while the entire lot is 2,000 even.

This property is in poor condition, requiring completely new utilities, floors, ceilings, and a roof. This is not a DIY project!

Alright, let’s start the tour…

Beginning outside we take a look at the surrounding area and the front of the property before heading down the alley. The backyard is a decent size, featuring a covered patio, and has plenty of potential for hosting guests.

Now we can head inside. Through the front door we enter into a sizable living room. Heading to the back we come to the dining room. And at the very back is the kitchen.

With that we can head upstairs. Up the steps and to the right is the bathroom. To the right of that is bedroom 1. On the other side of the stairs is bedroom 2. And at the end of the hall is bedroom 3.

As a final note, the basement is accessed through the dining room. There’s not much down there except for laundry.
