Hello and welcome to one of PAHouseLink.com’s video walkthroughs. My name is Steve and I’ll be your guide as we tour one of our foreclosure properties.
This video walkthrough takes us through 426 Sentner St Philadpelphia PA 19120, located in the Lawncrest neighborhood in Philadelphia county and part of the Philadelphia school district. The 1,670 square foot house is a 3-story colonial with 3 bedrooms, 1½ bathrooms, and a full basement, on a 4,500 square foot lot.
Fair warning before we start the tour: this property requires extensive work on everything, interior and exterior. Every room in the house itself needs new walls, floors, and ceilings. There is a detached garage on the property that is literally falling apart and will need to be removed, and the pool deck isn’t faring any better. Don’t let that dissuade you though, because this house has some serious potential thanks to its size.
That said, let’s start our tour with a shot of the front of the house and neighborhood. There’s not much to talk about out here, so let’s head inside.
Through the back door we enter the eat-in kitchen. Through the kitchen is the dining room. At the front of the house is the living room. Of note in this room are the stained-glass windows which add a nice touch of color. There is also an enclosed front porch on this property which is a great feature.
Up to the second floor and straight ahead is the master bedroom. Next to that is bedroom one. Another note here is that some of the windows in the house have been replaced, making renovations that much easier. All the way down the hall is the full bathroom. The last room on this floor is bedroom two.
The only room up here on the third floor is bedroom three, but there is storage space as well.
Our last stop for this property is the full basement. Humorously the other bathroom is down here, but it’s a complete wreck.
