Hello and welcome to a PAHouseLink.com video walkthrough. My name is Steve and today we’ll be taking the first look at one of our coming soon foreclosures in Norristown, PA.
For today’s video we are heading out to 1321 Arch St Norristown PA 19401. This 2-story twin features 3 bedrooms, 1½ bathrooms and a full basement. The house alone has a total square footage of 1,584, and the entire lot comes in at 1,990.
This property needs a lot of work. There is significant ceiling damage and most likely some roof issues that will need to be addressed to make this house livable. This ones probably not a DIY, but if you take care of it, it will take care of you with a great return on the investment.
With that said, let’s start the tour…
We begin with our usual neighborhood shot before we head around back to check out the backyard, which is decently sized and contains billow doors to the basement. Back out front, we head up the steps to the patio and through the front door.
We enter the house in a small hallway. To our left we have the formal living room. A little further back is a pretty large dining area. Continuing towards the back of the house we enter the eat-in kitchen. Behind that we have the laundry room. And the last room down here is the half bathroom.
Now to head upstairs. At the top of the steps and straight back is the full bathroom. To the left is bedroom 1. Next to the stairs is bedroom 2. And at the end of the hall is bedroom 3.
To wrap up our tour we will head into the basement. Down here we have a large storage room and the utilities room straight ahead.
