Hey everybody; welcome back to another PAHouseLink.com video tour.

Today we’re going to take a look in a rehab property at [google-map-fb-popup id=”6″].

On the outside, this completely rehabbed property has a new roof, new front walkway and updated landscaping.

As we come into the house we see the brand new deck; a few other homes on the block have decks but (in my opinion) this is the nicest deck of all! Plus there’s a brand new patio door slider for easy access in and out.

Obviously the kitchen has been completely updated and features a five-burner stove, dishwasher and under-the-counter microwave. Plus there’s new pendant lighting, granite countertops and tile flooring.

As we take a look at the dining room there’s all new hardwood flooring. Walking in to the living room, again all new hardwood flooring, every room has been freshly painted in neutral colors, the staircase has been re-done and new carpet installed as well.

Walking back into the dining room and down to the basement; the basement is semi-finished with a nice little play area and it does have a powder-room, half bath, in the basement. That one door you are looking at leads out the utility room then out to the back driveway.

And as we go back upstairs, we take another look at the kitchen; did I mention the pendant lighting, that’s pretty cool.

Going up the steps you’ll see the whole second floor has been re-carpeted. We’re going to take a look at the first bedroom; again, all freshly painted and new carpeting.

As we turn around we go into the front bedroom or master bedroom – we’ll take a spin around this room.

Then we go into the third bedroom and, as we come out, we make a right into to the newly rehab three piece bathroom. All new tile flooring, tiled tub surround, new pedestal sink and medicine cabinet complete this upstairs bath.
