Hello and welcome to one of our PAHouseLink.com video walkthroughs. This is Steve from the PAHouseLink.com team and today I will be taking you through a coming soon foreclosure in Croydon, PA 19021.
For this video we will be at 822 Tulip Ave, Croydon, Pa 19021. Located in the Bristol Township section of Buck county, this property is part of the Old Croydon development and Bristol school district. The house is 1,388 square feet on a 6,250 square foot lot.
Fair warning up front, this video is only to showcase the potential of the property. This house is in need of a complete rehab, from ceiling to carpet, and is currently full of junk. However, rest assured that the property will be trash free soon, and we will have another video for you when that happens.
With that out of the way, let’s check the place out…
Starting in the backyard, we get a small taste of the trash to come. The yard itself is a decent size and will look amazing when it’s cleaned up.
Heading around front we take a look at the neighborhood and front of the house.
Immediately through the front door we enter the living room, followed by the eat in kitchen.
To the right of the kitchen and on the main floor is bedroom 1. Like I said, everything in this house needs a rehab and that includes those walls.
This is the full bath on the main floor here.
Heading upstairs now, as we look to the right we can see a sitting area. No ones sitting up there right now, that’s for sure.
Also up here we can check out bedrooms two and three. Plenty of potential in these rooms, if only you could see the floor through all this trash.
Next up we’re heading outside and into the semi-finished basement with living area and eat in kitchen. There is in house access, but it was blocked off during filming. The door is in the kitchen.
As we enter the basement we come to bedroom four. The basement was set up as a separate living area at one point and could possibly be rented out after renovations.
Behind the bedroom is another eat-in kitchen for guests or tenants.
Last we check out the basement storage area, though there’s not much to see here right now. There is one more room down here that we don’t see but is currently just utilities.
