Hello and welcome to a PAHouseLink.com video walkthrough. My name is Steve and I’ll be your guide as we take the first look at one of our coming soon foreclosure properties.
In this video we are touring 623 Lawnton Ter Holmes PA 19043. Located in Delaware county, this property is part of Ridley Township and the corresponding Ridley school district. The house is a 1-story ranch with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, coming in at a total of 1,332 square feet, while the lot it sits on is very large at 13,547.
This property is in a state of serious disrepair and will require a major rehab to bring it up to standards. The interior requires a fresh coat of paint in some areas, and in others the walls will need to be replaced. The back deck is also in need of replacing, as well as the patio door leading from the kitchen. Basically, expect to put in a lot of extra work to make this house a home.
Now that we’re introduced, let’s start the tour…
Starting out front we take a look at the neighborhood before swinging around back. The yard is huge, perfect for kids and pets alike as well as entertaining. Let’s head back around front and in the front door.
We enter the house in the living room. To the right we pass into the kitchen. And then into the dining room.
Back through the living room we have the hall bathroom immediately to our left. The next room is the master bedroom. And in here we have the master bathroom. Across the hall is bedroom 2. Followed by bedroom 3.
We’re going to wrap up our tour with a look at the basement which houses the laundry area for the house.
