Hello again from beautiful downtown Horsham PA – wait does Horsham PA have a downtown – I guess not!
At any rate, it’s Bill Hamberg from the PAHouseLink.com team again and today we’re doing another walk-through video tour for one of our REO foreclosure properties.
I know what you’re thinking… YEAAAAA, I was waiting all week for this – Ok, or not!
Today we are out in the 19054 Levittown section of Falls Township in Bucks County at 39 Timothy Lane (39 Timothy Ln, Levittown, PA 19054 – Foreclosure property), which is in the Thornridge sub-division and part of the Pennsbury School District.
This single family detached home is a 1 ½ story Cape with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 1 car garage. Public records show it as 1,238 square feet.
We’re starting this one out in the backyard were you’ll get a decent shot of the stamped concrete patio and as we spin around you’ll also get a good shot of the pie-shaped backyard and the tool shed.
There’s a large tree in the middle of the yard for some nice shade and the shed type building you see to the right was used to store fire wood for the wood burning stove that “USED” to be inside.
As we come around the side you’ll see an area that was used for a vegetable garden and you’ll get a pretty good view of the side of the house – obviously need a good pressure washing.
Coming around to the front we’ll do a 360 of the neighborhood and yes the dumpster will be removed (why is that always a question?).
As we come inside you’ll see the living room and the bricked off area that use to house the wood burning stove.
Next we shuffle our way into the kitchen, which, for the most part is in pretty decent shape.
For those of you not familiar with Levittown, the majority of homes have a radiant type heating system and a summer/winter hookup that supplies the hot water.
From here we head into the first, first floor, bedroom, take a spin around then head into the second, first floor bedroom – both of which are a lovely shade of rose I might add!
Here we not only get to see the first floor bath but if you look closely enough you’ll also see my fat head in the mirror – sorry!
OK let’s head up to the second floor and we’ll look at the first of two additional bedrooms. This one has a cedar closet to alleviate all of your potential moth problems.
Next we’ll make a pit stop – wait I used that one in our last video – at the second floor full bath and then mosey on into the second bedroom.
Almost forgot, one thing I didn’t show you was the garage, and here it is, in all its glory!
