Hello there and welcome to another PAHouseLink.com video walkthrough. This is Steve from the PAHouseLink.com team, taking you through one of our coming soon North Wales foreclosure properties.
Today were touring 303 Jene Ct in North Wales, PA 19454. Located in the Terrace at Montgomery Townhome Community in Montgomery Township, Montgomery county, this 3 story townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and features a finished basement.
The community is located near the Montgomeryville Mall, Montgomeryville Costco, and great restaurants such as the Metropolitan. It also has easy access to the 202 Parkway which means it’s only 15 minutes from Doylestown and Route 309.
Let’s dive right into it then…
Heading in the front door, we have the attached garage on the right, seen here, and half bath on the left. Straight ahead is the finished basement area. This space is large enough to be used as an office, media room, play room, or even sleeping quarters for family visits.
A great feature of this North Wales townhome is the walk-out basement, so let’s step outside really quick for a shot of the backyard. Here we have a great view of the patio and deck areas, great for entertaining or relaxing.
Heading upstairs to the second floor, on the left is the eat-in kitchen and family room. The floor plan on this story is very open, again, perfect for entertaining.
Here’s the living room, also quite large. Could probably use some new carpeting though.
As we go up to the top floor we immediately enter the master bedroom. Check out the size of this walk in closet!
Deeper in we can see the master bathroom and back out in the hall we see the upper level full bath; No need to share with those pesky children.
We’re almost finished here… The next stop is bedroom 1. This room definitely needs new carpeting.
Our final destination is bedroom 2. Which could also use a new carpet and probably a fresh coat of paint.
