Hello and welcome to a PAHouseLink.com video walkthrough. My name is Steve, from the PAHouseLink.com team, and I’ll be your host as we tour this coming soon foreclosure property.
For this video we are at 272 New St Spring City PA 19475. This property is located in the Spring City Boro in Chester county, and is a part of the Spring Ford Area school district. There are up to 5 bedrooms in this 3-story twin, and 1 full bath. I say up to 5 because the finished attic was split into 2 separate rooms, but can be turned into a single room if desired. The house is 1,670 square feet, and the lot is 6,563.
This is a coming soon video, so the house has not been cleaned out yet. There is trash in pretty much every corner of the house. We will have another video for you in the coming weeks with all the junk removed.
Let’s get this tour started…
We’re beginning this video with a look at the street and the surrounding houses. As you can see, this video was taken just after the massive snow storm on the east coast.
Here we have a shot of the backyard. Not much to see right now, so let’s head into the laundry room located at the back of the house.
Next up we have the eat-in kitchen. This big room here is the dining room with an exterior door leading to the side of the house.
This door in the hallway is the front door, and this last room is the living room. You wont see windows that size in newer homes. Homes built around this time have so much charm built into every detail.
Let’s head up to the second floor now. Straight ahead we have the only bathroom in the house. To the right we have bedrooms one and two. Bedroom two is weird because you can only get to it from bedroom number one, this means that you can easily turn it into an office space, play room, or even a gigantic closet.
At the front of the house we have the master bedroom.
Up to the third floor and to the right, we have bedrooms four and five.
Finally we head all the way down to the full unfinished basement, through the door in the kitchen.
