Hello and welcome to another PAHouseLink.com video walkthrough. I’m Steve from the PAHouseLink.com team and today we’re heading out to Bristol, PA 19007.
This property is located at 229 Jackson St, Bristol, PA 19007. It sits in the Brit Vil development in Bristol Boro, which is in Bucks county, and is part of the Bristol Boro school district. The house is 992 square feet and rests on a 1,808 square foot lot.
The house itself is in good condition, requiring minor repairs and updating. A perfect property for someone looking for a simple DIY project.
Let’s take the tour…
Starting out front we spin around to take a look at the neighborhood. There’s an enclosed porch here on the front of the house which is great for lounging, especially during the warmer months.
Right through the front door is the living room. Walking towards the back of the house, we enter the eat-in kitchen. You can briefly see some of the renovations that need to be done.
Past the kitchen we enter what was (or was going to be) a bathroom. This room is the biggest project on the property and it may be a good idea to turn it into something else. The reason for that is because the door to the backyard is right here.
Heading through said door we see the backyard. If you have pets that need to run around then look no further.
Back inside and through the kitchen, we enter the partially finished basement. I say this in every video but a finished basement adds tons of space and value to any property, and this one is no different.
Let’s head all the way upstairs. Our first stop up here is the full bath.
Next we check out bedroom one. I don’t know if the ceiling is supposed to look like that.
The last stop on this floor is the master bedroom. The floor looks like it could use a cleaning but the main attraction here is the attic access. Most properties don’t have easy access to the attic like this. True DIY masters can see the potential behind a space like this.
