Hello and welcome to a PAHouseLink.com video walkthrough. My name is Steve and I’ll be your guide as we take the first look at one of our coming soon foreclosure properties.
In this video we are checking out 203 Red Cedar Dr Levittown PA 19055. Located in the Red Cedar Hill neighborhood in Bucks county, this property is part of Bristol township and school district. The house is a 2-story raised ranch style with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and has had multiple additions added to it over the years. The properties total square footage is 6,000 and the house itself is 1,772.
Because this is a coming soon video there will be trash everywhere in the house. Do not worry though, as that will be cleaned out in the coming weeks. When the clean out is finished, we will have a new listing video for the property that will better showcase it. Until then, this video should give a good idea of what to expect when it comes to renovations and updates.
Now that we’re all introduced, let’s start the tour…
Beginning outside we take a look at the surrounding and front of the house before walking around back. Back here there is a detached shed for storage and a small patio.
Back around front we head into what used to be the garage. The addition, which appears to have been used as the dining room, doesn’t have any carpeting, but when finished can be anything you want. Next we enter the living room area. And to our right here we have the kitchen.
Down the hall and to the right, and oddly enough next to the front door, we have the first full bathroom. Next we have bedroom 1, which also oddly has a dryer in it. On the other side of the hall is bedroom 2. Back through the living room we arrive in another addition, this one is the family room. Back here we have a utilities room. And over here we have an enclosed porch.
Upstairs we have bedroom 3 on the left. In the hallway we have the second full bathroom. And finally we have bedroom 4.
