Hello and welcome to a PAHouseLink.com video walkthrough. My name is Steve and I’ll be your guide as we take the first look at one of our coming soon foreclosures in Philadelphia, PA.
Today we are heading out to 1813 Hoffnagle St Philadelphia PA 19152. This property is a 2-story twin with 3 bedrooms, 1½ bathrooms, an attached garage, and a semi-finished basement. This house has a total square footage of 1,328, while the lot is 2,450.
This property is going to need lots of TLC. It’s not falling apart, but every room needs some work done be it the floor, the walls, or the ceiling. Overall this property is a great investment for renters and owners alike.
As a note before we start the tour: This is a coming soon video. That means the house has not been cleaned out yet and is usually filled with trash. The purpose of the video is to show the layout of the house and hopefully give you, the viewer, an idea of the work that needs to go into the property. Don’t worry about the mess though! We will have the place cleaned-out within a week, and when we’re done we’ll have another video uploaded that will better showcase the property. Now let’s start the tour…
Beginning outside we’re going to take a look at the front of the property before heading around back. Outback we have off-road parking and the attached garage. Now we’re going to head in the front door to check out the interior.
We enter the home in the living room. The carpets down here are going to need to be torn up and the ceiling is in bad shape. Next we head into the dining room. And further back we enter the eat-in kitchen. Now to head up to the second floor.
Straight ahead is bedroom 1. To the left of that is bedroom 2. Here we have the full bathroom. And our last stop on this floor is the master bedroom.
We’re going to wrap up this tour by heading into the basement via the dining room. We enter into a large central room that looks to have been used as an office. Behind us we have the half bathroom. Further back we enter the utilities and laundry room where the backdoor and garage access are located.
