Hello and welcome to a PAHouseLink.com video walkthrough. My name is Steve and today I’ll be guiding us through the first look at one of our coming soon foreclosures in Philadelphia, PA.
For today’s video we are heading out to 134 E Walnut Ln Philadelphia PA 19144. This 3-story detached features 3 bedrooms, a whopping 3 full bathrooms, a raised patio, and an attached 1-car garage. The square footage for the home comes in at 1,882, while the entire property comes in at 4,080.
This property is going to need extensive repairs meaning this is not a DIY. However, with a property like this the investment will guarantee a great return.
As a note before we start the tour; this is a coming soon video. In this case that means there is still junk littered about the house. Don’t let that turn you off though, as we will have a clean up done within a couple of weeks. When that is finished we will post a new video to let you know when the property is up for sale. In the mean time please use this video to gain an idea of the layout of the house and any changes or repairs you may want to do.
With that, let’s start the tour…
Beginning outside we take a look at the surrounding area and the front of the property. You can see the garage on the left here. With some editing magic we’re going to pop out back. The majority of the backyard is covered by this patio, however there are steps back here leading up to a grassy entertaining area.
Now to head back out front and in the front door. We enter the home in this long hallway. As we head down the hall we have the laundry area on the left. At the end of the hall we have a large family room with access out back. Off the family room we also have the first full bathroom.
Up to the second story we go. To the left we have a large eat-in kitchen. Through the door in the kitchen we head out to a patio. Back through the kitchen and past the stairs we enter the living room.
Now to head to the third floor. At the top of the stops and to the left we enter bedroom 1. Within bedroom 1, we have the second full bathroom. To the right of the steps is bedroom 2. In the hallway is the third full bathroom. And our last stop is bedroom 3.
