Hello and welcome to one of PAHouseLink.com’s video walkthroughs. My name is Steve and I’ll be your guide as we tour this foreclosure property.
In this video we are at 12710 Medford Rd Philadelphia PA 19154. This 3-story townhouse has 3 bedrooms, 1½ bathrooms, and an attached 1-car garage.
This house needs a serious makeover. Everything is functional, but it’s not pretty. It is, however, only cosmetic work that needs to be finished and is therefore up to your discretion. Investors and home-hunters alike will find that this property has plenty of potential. As a note: The windows in the house were replaced a few years ago and are still near peak condition.
Let’s get this tour started…
Starting outside we’re going to do a quick 360 to show off the neighborhood before heading inside.
Through the front door we enter the living room. At the back of the house we come into the dining room. Followed by the kitchen.
Heading upstairs and to the left is a large master bedroom. Across from the stairs is the full bathroom which features a skylight. To the right of the stairs and straight ahead is bedroom 1. And next door is bedroom 2.
Heading down to the bottom floor and to the left we come to the family room. Down here we have the backdoor, so let’s head out and check out the yard. Back inside we head past the stairs and into the laundry room where the garage door is located. Our final stop for this property is the half bathroom tucked away here.
