Hello and welcome to a PAHouseLink.com video walkthrough. My name is Steve and today we’ll be taking the first look at one of our coming soon foreclosures in Norristown, PA.
Today we are heading out to 126 E Spruce St Norristown PA 19401. This 3-story rowhome features 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, coming in at 1,707 square feet, while the entire lot is 1,226.
This property has seen better days. It could really use a complete makeover of the interior in order to bring it up to date. Otherwise it’s in decent shape, meaning this is a great property for heavy investors, DIYers, or even home buyers.
One more note before we start the tour; this is a coming soon video. That means the property has not yet been listed and is often times filled with junk. Don’t worry though, as we have a clean-up team that will take care of it. When the clean-out is finished we will post another video to let you know it’s ready for listing, so please keep an eye out if you’re interested.
With that, we can begin the tour…
Beginning outside we take a look at the front and side of the property, as well as the surrounding neighborhood.
Now to head in the front door. We enter the house into a large room that is both the living and dining area. At the back of the house is the kitchen. Through a door in the kitchen we can take a quick look at the back yard, which features a deck.
Back into the living room, we can now head up to the second floor. Straight ahead we come to the one bathroom in the house, with its incredibly odd layout. Heading down the hall we come to bedroom 1 on the right. Further in is bedroom 2, which shares an adjoining door with the first.
Up to the third floor now. At the top of the steps is bedroom 3. And our last stop is bedroom 4 at the end of the hall.
