Hello and welcome to a PAHouseLink.com video walkthrough. My name is Steve and today we’ll be taking a look at one of our foreclosure properties in Philadelphia, PA.
For today’s video we are heading out to 11809 Academy Rd Unit # E5-B Philadelphia PA 19154. This property is a 2-story rowhome featuring 3 bedrooms, 2½ bathrooms, and it’s very own parking spot, all coming in at a total of 1,326 square feet.
This property is in pretty poor condition and needs a major rehab. Expect at least some work in every room, ranging from painting the walls, to replacing the ceiling. This property is not a DIY.
With that said, let’s start the tour…
We will begin with our usual look around the neighborhood and shot of the front of the property, before we head inside.
Entering the property through the front door puts us into a small hallway with a coat closet. At the end of the small hall is what appears to be a pantry. To our right we enter the living room, which has a set of patio doors leading back out front. Heading towards the back takes us into what is either the family room or the dining room. Further back we enter the kitchen through the left doorway. The right doorway takes us into what is either the dining room or the eat-in part of the kitchen. This room features the laundry area, as well as the half bathroom next to that.
Now to head up to the second story. At the top of the steps and turning to our right we arrive at bedroom 1. Here we have bedroom 2. The first full bathroom is in the hall way here. And our last stop for the tour is the master bedroom and bathroom. Oddly enough, this bathroom is completely open to the bedroom.
